Delia Thompson started The Communication Academy after receiving an ATCL & LTCL Speech and Communication (Teaching Diploma) from the Trinity College of London, which is associated to Cambridge University.

Since its inception in 1999 The Communication Academy has offered focused communication skills training to Executives and Professionals in a cross section of industry throughout Africa.

The Communication Academy is based in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape but operates Nationally as well as throughout Africa.
